Core Slider by Strongrr Set of 2 including bag

The sliding pads for a perfect core workout for the whole body

The two small mats glide across the floor during training and intensify the training of the targeted muscle groups (especially the stomach, legs and buttocks).

The exercises with the core sliders are very versatile: They can be used as pure strength training and stretching workouts, or they can be incorporated into an existing cardio workout. Training with the core sliders primarily strengthens the core, while also being an ideal full-body workout for at home.

The special gliding exercise technique targets several muscle groups simultaneously, which increases the efficiency of the exercises and simultaneously improves balance and core stability.
